October wrap-up...

Leftover memories from October...

Lorelai is really getting into Lego sets.  She got this set of a two story house and has been working diligently for hours on it.  She's very proud.  This is a picture of it half done!

Joseph is helping Mommy fold laundry....endless laundry that comes with a newborn

Anyone who knows Scarlet knows she loves all things baby!  She is always with a baby doll.  This doll stroller is one of her favorite toys.  She's always taking her baby dolls for a walk, changing their diaper, burping them, you name it!

Evelyn had a school field trip to the pumpkin patch and Daddy is on paternity leave so it's a rare treat that he gets to come too!  Friendly donkey, right??  I said to Joe, "Don't let him bite her, be careful..."  He said, "He's not biting, just nuzzling."  What do you guess happened literally 15 seconds later?  I had a crying toddler who refused to play the rest of the morning.

Pure Joy!  Evelyn's expressions of happiness are my favorite.  I never tire of the way she lights up!

The terrible twos have arrived a few weeks early... and with that comes the introduction to "Time Out!"

When you have a newborn with reflux, this is how stuff gets done around the house

A rare moment!!!  No fighting or crying or bossing each other around.  Big sister reading to little sister and cuddling.  Don't make direct eye contact, don't talk to them, you may jinx this moment away!

It's tough being this age with older sisters who have extracurricular activities to get to.  I know you're not done your nap, Scarlet, but it's time to get up anyways...

It's difficult to get pictures of Evelyn in gymnastics because parents have to stay in the parent viewing area and can't go in the gym.  Evelyn is really enjoying it.  It's a really good activity for her.
