Tuesday Character Greets

We love meeting all the characters.  We started Tuesday morning getting to meet Aladdin and Jasmine after we rode their magic carpets...

We then ran into Chip and Dale in Frontier Land.  Evelyn was asleep so she missed them...

A Happy 5 Years!

I just wanted to take a little break from all the Disney posts to say Happy Anniversary to us!  It's been 5 wonderful years!  It's all going by way too fast...

Day 3....Back to Magic Kingdom

We started the next day off great.  Lorelai was feeling better!!  She even started talking up a storm again.  Back to her old self.  We got up and walked to Magic Kingdom.  We picked a great time to go...had the park practically to ourselves!!!!  We didn't wait for anything.  It was amazing.

This is how we started off our morning.  Wake up, Lorelai!  Mommy and Daddy are ready for some Disney fun!  Poor baby is wiped out...but she woke up in a great mood and we had a good day.

Yes, we started at the carousel again...and then Lorelai attempted to pull the sword from the stone

She kept saying, "It's stuck!"

 here's a video of Lorelai dancing to the music in Frontier Land.  She is obviously feeling better.  At the end of the video you can see her try to blow me a raspberry...but she ends up hurting the sores in her mouth.  Getting better, but still not 100%

Lorelai is such a serious driver.  All business!

Back to the hotel for nap time.

Princesses!

We finished off the night on Monday meeting some very famous princesses.  They were so great with the girls and I think Lorelai was a little star-struck!

Ariel was first...we visited her in her grotto

Next we went to the Fairy Tale Castle to visit with the one and only, Cinderella!

Evening at Magic Kingdom

After Animal Kingdom on Monday we went back to the hotel for a nap.  When the girls woke up we were ready for more fun!  We decided to walk on over to Magic Kingdom to go on a few rides.  It was so nice that our hotel was less than a 10 minute walk straight to the park.  It was fun to see everything lit up at night.

The sun was just going down...all the lights were turning on.  Beautiful place at night!

Animal Kingdom Character greets!

I love meeting the Disney characters.  It's probably my favorite part.  Here are some pictures of some of the characters we met at Animal Kingdom...

I loved meeting Pocahontas.  She was one of my favorite characters...

Day 2... Animal Kingdom

We woke up early and spent the day at Disney's Animal Kingdom.  It was a great day!  The first ride we went on was the African Safari.  The girls loved it... Such animal lovers!

...but she soon passed out...

After the safari we explored the rest of the park.  It's a beautiful place.  A lot of vegetation and animals.  We saw a couple shows which I don't have pictures of but they were great.  One was The Festival of the Lion King and the other was a Finding Nemo show. 

I don't know why Lorelai has such an obsession with alligators but she loves them.  She is fascinated by all their teeth.

Animal Kingdom was a success!  Time to go home for a little nap before some more fun...
