We are going on our first ever family cruise! And we spoiled ourselves by booking a Haven Family Suite on the Norwegian Escape. To make it even better, we are vacationing with our very best friends. Here are pictures from day 1 and 2.
On the plane from Nashville to Miami. We flew in the day before just in case we had any plane delays. Here we go!
We stayed the night in a cramped Miami hotel. Time to wake up these kiddos and get to the boat!
With a Haven suite comes perks! We have our own private security and passport checks and then we wait to board in the Haven lounge, complete with snacks and drinks. Let us on the boat!
We arrived to our room. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite that sleeps 6. It's perfect for us! Our butler spoiled us with complimentary champagne and the kids got bowls of candy every day!

We are embarking and leaving port. The kids wanted to watch as we set sail so we went to the very front of the ship.

Our second day was an "at sea" day. It was also formal night. We got all dressed up and had a cocktail party with the officers, staff, and the captain!

Another perk of the Haven suites is we have access to our own private restaurant. Everything is included to include as many lobster tails as you want!
