Disney Day 3...Hollywood Studios

Next Day, Monday, September 23, 2019 we are in Hollywood Studios.  This is going to be a long day.  We are starting as early as possible to get on some of the very popular and newer rides without the waits.  When the kids tire out, we'll go to the hotel for a rest and then it's back to Hollywood Studios at night because we have a reservation for the Star Wars Galactic Dessert Party.  Unlimited desserts, drinks, interactions with some Star Wars characters, and then we'll be escorted to a special VIP viewing area for the Star Wars fireworks.  What a day!

Daddy, Auntie, Lorelai and Evelyn went straight to the Slinky Dog Rollercoaster while Momma, Joseph, and Scarlet road some of the smaller rides.  The kiddos loved Aliens Swirling Saucer.

My sweet, sweet boy

She's so enamored with the storm troopers walking around Batuu.

Meeting Chewbacca
Frozen Sing-a-long show

Eating at Sci-fi diner drive-in.  Burgers and milkshakes while we watch old school movie clips

Rockin' Rollercoaster!  Maybe Evelyn will make the height next year.  This coaster goes upside down and Lorelai just barely made it!

Watching the Indiana Jones Stunt Show Spectacular

Naptime before the Dessert Party tonight.  This is how a princess sleeps (unlike Joseph's picture from yesterday)

After a rest we are back in the evening for the Star Wars Dessert Party!  It was an amazing night!!

We love this wookie!

We are lovin' on this cute droid

BB-8 is so cute

Bye BB-8!

Please just zoom in on Scarlet's face.....She is horrified

What is Evelyn doing?

Storm Troopers take selfies too!

The Storm Troopers spent the Dessert Party hanging out with us.  Scarlet loved them!  She kept calling them "Storm-croopers".

Waiting for fireworks

Videos from the day are below....

Scarlet went through a phase this entire trip where she didn't want her picture taken at all!  Every time we tried to take a picture she would look down, get shy, and have a sullen look on her face.  When she noticed that I was taking a video of us on Alien Swirling Saucers she tried real hard to keep her sad face on...but once we started whipping around her smile came out.

I love this slo-mo video Rebecca took of Me, Evelyn, and Lorelai on Slinky Dog Dash.  Look for us!

The kids (and Joe) were amazed by the Indiana Jones Stunt show!

Walking near the center of the park the kids needed to stop for a little hula-hooping fun!

It's always intimidating to get called to the Bridge to meet with the Commander!

Disney Day 2...Magic Kingdom

Our first park day was Sunday, September 22, 2019 and we started off at Magic Kingdom bright and early.  Our plans were to stay in the park until the kids started to get tired.  We had a 6:00pm reservation at the Flying Fish at the Boardwalk Hotel and then it would be early to bed for the next day.

From the looks of things, it appears Joseph had a good sleep.  Traveling is tough but it's time to get up and get our Magic on!

Joseph loved the characters.  He was especially attached to the female characters.  He walked right past Mickey to go flirt with Minnie.

Meeting Mickey and Minnie was first on our "to do" list.  It was a great start to the week.  Famous quote from Walt: "It all started with a Mouse."

After Minnie and Mickey, we met my favorite, TINKERBELL!

Our first ride of the trip...All aboard the Jungle Cruise

She looks like a barkeep

September in Florida is hot but we are equipped with stroller fans, misting fans, cooling towels....we are prepared!

Strolling through Adventure Land

We have never done this attraction before.  I was nervous because it's a 23 minute show and I was afraid the kids would be bored in miserable.  Joe was adamant about going this year and I think all of us adults wanted to check out the Donald Trump addition.  It was incredibly inspiring and I'm so glad we went.  It was a great show!

Joseph may have fallen asleep during the Hall of Presidents
After rides, shows, character meets, the kids are tired and we are heading out of the park for the day.  On the way out, the kids tried their luck with the sword in the stone.

Even Daddy tried to get the sword out!

The parade was going by as we were leaving so the kids waved to the characters.  See you soon because this is only our first park day!
