A special anouncement!!

We are elated to announce that we are expecting again!  It took one try and a baby is on the way!  Now the question is...will this be a house full of girls??  We will be excited either way.  This is probably our last one.  I say probably because it seems that we are blessed in the fertility department and seem to get pregnant so easily... who knows what the future holds!  Joe's convinced that we'll have 5 or 6 kids even if we aren't trying!  Everyone is excited for this little one's arrival... due September 11, 2017.

It's hard to see what's going on in this picture but Lorelai has been working hard on her "fairy garden".  She has a bridge between to tree stumps and a little house.  She's got such a great imagination.  She works on this structure every time she goes outside to play and repairs whatever the wind has damaged.

Ok, we are in the Disney Store.  Scarlet fell in love with this stuffed "Pascal" the chameleon.  She did not want to put it down.  Joe says, "Why not just get it for her?"  Just an $8 toy but when you have three kids you have to get each of them something and that adds up.  I got her to put it back. My kids are actually, thankfully, very good at that.  Never once have we had a tantrum or fight because they wanted something and I said "no".

At the mall play area and look at that belly!  I think I need to sort through some hand-me-downs and look on the next size for her.

I had an appointment right in the middle of nap time today and there was no moving it.  This is the result...passing out on the couch close to dinner time.

Sweet big sister moment...

Evelyn is being a sweet big sister.  In this video she is trying to teach Scarlet how to do something.  It's sweet when Scarlet does the task and Evelyn says, "Yay!  You did it!"  She's so proud!

Morning craziness...

Just a little morning craziness.  Never a dull or quiet moment in this house.  At least they're playing nicely together...

On the mend...

Sickness hit the Dai household hard last week.  Lorelai, Evelyn and myself were hit with an evil stomach bug.  Joe was out of town so I was on my own.  It was pretty miserable.  Thankfully it didn't last long.  We are on the mend though, and the sun is shining.  I took the girls outside for a little fresh air after being cooped up for two days.

Scarlet was the only one not to get sick.  How does this make sense?  I mean, she is the germiest out of all the kids and she'd eat the cat food if I'd let her!  Maybe she knows something I don't!

Evelyn bounced back pretty quick.  Every time she threw up she'd say "Mommy!  All better!!"  And I'm like, "No, you're not better yet".

It is practically impossible to take a picture of these three little girls, with all them looking at once.  This is the best I could do!

More backyard fun...

Another warm, sunny day!!  Everyone, outside!!!!

It was a little windy and Evelyn enjoyed making Scarlet laugh by throwing leaves into the air

While Evelyn and Scarlet played in the leaves, Lorelai was learning the game of baseball.  I think we'll be getting her into t-ball this year!
