Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was skeptical and thought that Lorelai might still be too young for a big girl twin bed, but I thought I'd give it a try and attempt to get her out of the crib before the new baby comes.  It was a huge success!!  She didn't try to get out of her bed once.  She has some funny sleeping positions though.....

Full Term!

I am officially full term.  Even though this is my second baby, the girls at work insisted on throwing me a baby shower.  It was nice and I got some much needed summer newborn clothes for the baby.  Here's a pregnant picture of me.  I am now 37 weeks and 3 days pregnant.  Officially full term.  Baby can come any time now, but I don't feel ready.  We've been so distracted with moving and renovating etc.  Last night was a little wake up call for me.  The baby shower yesterday was hosted at an italian restaurant.  I stuffed myself!!!  When I went to bed last night I had some intense contractions...and it freaked me out because I haven't even packed a bag yet or anything!!  Good thing it was just a false alarm, but now I really need to buckle down and prepare.  I'll start that tomorrow (as I am actually on my way to work now).  I'll try not to overdo it!

Aquatica!

Aquatica is a waterpark associated with Sea World.  It has so many pools and slides for toddlers.  Since we have a little water bug on our hands, we decided to buy season passes.  We've gone twice so far and Lorelai absolutely loves it!  She is fearless!!!  Joe takes her down the slides!

Lorelai is enjoying her new playroom.  And how does she enjoy it? by making messes of course.  Her newest thing is that she just learned to dump baskets and buckets and she does it all the time to see the contents scatter all over the floor.  She always grunts when picking up "heavy" objects, which I think is funny.

"What?  I'm just innocently sitting over here in my chair."

Sprinkler fun!

Summer is here and Lorelai loves the water!  We bought her a toy sprinkler and she enjoyed playing with it in the backyard.

The best part about Lorelai getting to play outside so much, is how it wears her out!  Makes for a happy Momma!

I know these pictures aren't so great, but I tried to capture Lorelai with her baby doll.  She was trying and trying to feed the baby her bottle of milk.  Maybe she is practicing for when baby sister gets here??

36 weeks! Not much longer!!

I can't believe I am already 36 weeks pregnant.  It's not much longer until the baby is here.  I need more time to prepare!!!!  With everything going on, and working too, it has just seemed to creep up on me so fast.  July 14th is right around the corner.  Let's hope the baby doesnt decide to come early.  I'm perfectly fine with staying pregnant until my due date.
