Sledding at Purgatory

 We are running out of snow so we traveled to the mountains to find some so the kids can sled with their friends!  The videos don’t do this hill justice  it was steeper than it looks.  The kids had a great time

Skiing improvement!

 The kids have now had 5 lessons. They have two more left in the season. The last time I posted it was after their second lesson. Look at the difference!!!  I’m amazed!  I can’t wait to get the little kids going too. Hopefully next year they can have lessons. I love being a ski family! And just look at the beauty of the mountains!

Playing IceCool

Whatever happened to good ol' Monopoly? Chutes and Ladders? Candyland?  No...my kids are newly obsessed with this game called "IceCool".

Evelyn cracks me up.  We were in the middle of a nice, family dinner, enjoying lovely conversation.  Evelyn couldn't think of anything to say but wanted to participate so she just grabbed her face and said, "Look!  My head is this big!"

We got just a BIT of snow.  Just trying to scape the edges of the roof and solar panels

Look at our beautiful red cliffs!!! Oh, you can't see them?  That's because we are stuck in a cloud! No sun to be seen today, but lots of snow!

When it's cold outside, a puzzle is always a good indoor activity.  This will be her first 300 piece!
