Joseph's 2nd Birthday!

It's been crazy busy around here so I'm a little behind in my blog posts.  Joseph turned 2 years old on September 14th and we celebrated with some bounce houses and a construction themed party.  We even made a wrecking ball equipped with building blocks that the kids could repeatedly build and destroy.  It was an awesome party!!!

Naptime Joseph...

Joseph is such a sweet hearted little boy.  During the day he mostly wants his Daddy.  He enjoys being his little sidekick.  However, at night and at bedtime he only has eyes for his Mom.  He wants a cuddle and a song and he always holds me to him.  I finally had to record it because it's such a sweet moment.  Be kind with judgement during my lullaby singing...It's one of my favorite times of the day.

Bye Daddy!

Every morning all the kids need to wave goodbye to Daddy when he goes off to work.  They wave, say "I love you", "have a good day!", etc etc.  It's pretty cute and has become a little tradition.  On this particular morning Evelyn was having a little pouting moment but she still didn't want to be left out saying goodbye.

I love this wild boy.  He just goes, goes, goes, all day long...

More time at the pool

The pool is only open until labor day so we are trying to take full advantage while we can!  I really think swimming is the kids' favorite thing to do.  They only come out of the water for "adult swim" and barely make it home before their little eyes close.

Such a good Mama...
