Easter!

I love the holidays with my little ones.  Lorelai has learned so much this year about the story of Easter and what we are really celebrating.  Thanks to her school, she can tell me the entire story of Jesus!  We still had fun with the Easter Bunny too!

This is a picture of the girls at my MOPs (Mothers of Preschoolers) playdate.  I go to this Moms group every other Friday and once a month they have a playdate for the kids.  This month we searched the playground for an egg, then came inside and colored it.  Then the kids got to play.  Lorelai and Evelyn were so proud of their eggs, they didn't want to put them down!

....so naturally this was the end result of their eggs by the time we got home.  Eggs and toddlers don't mix!

Lorelai has always been a book lover and recently she has taken to reading to her sisters.  It is such a sweet moment...

Jumparoo time!

Scarlet is getting to the age where she's sick of lying around all day.  She wants to be held constantly so she can observe the world.  This leads to me getting very little done around the house.  Bring in the jumparoo!  She's still a little small for it.  We have to stuff in a baby blanket to help keep her supported but she is loving it!  Below are some pictures of her first time in the jumparoo...

After several rainy days in a row, the girls need to release some pent up energy!  A ray of sunshine means we are off to the park...

I love this picture.  It perfectly captures Lorelai's personality.  She wears her emotions on her sleeve.  When she's happy, it certainly shows.  I love to see the joy on her face!

Jurassic Quest

Jurassic Quest has come to Louisville.  We went with our neighbor and his little girls (Lorelai and Evelyn's best friends).  There was so much to see and do, we had a very busy day.  Large dinosaur exhibits moved and made noises.  There were dino themed bounce houses, a fossil dig, dinosaurs to ride, fossil exhibits, puppeteers, and more!  When it was time to go, the girls were all asleep before we even left the parking garage.
