Happy Halloween!

Halloween is here!  One of my favorite holidays.  I love the spooky feeling in the air, the costumes, the CANDY!  hahaha.  Lorelai is getting in the spirit.  She is going to be Tinkerbell for Halloween and Addie is going to be the Crocodile from "Peter Pan".  Unfortunately, I am going to miss all the trick-or-treating... I have to work tonight :(.  I'll be sure to have Daddy take a few pictures.  Until then, here are some pictures of Lorelai celebrating Halloween...

This is my favorite picture.  I love it when she opens her mouth wide in the biggest smile possible.

Teething...  Can you tell?

I love this halloween outfit.  The black tutu is the best!

"These are MY pumpkins!"

I love the shirt... Daddy is certainly under her spell!!

I love this "concerned" look that Lorelai gets.  This is the look that Joe gets when he's concentrating

"RAWR!  I'm going to get you!"

This picture makes me a little sad.  She just looks so big for some reason.

Tinkerbell

Lorelai is going as  Tinkerbell for Halloween! Addie also has a costume...she is going as the Crocodile from "Peter Pan".  These pictures aren't the best because Lorelai was in no mood to pose.  I did my best!

My sweet baby Tinkerbell!

Baby's first Halloween!  She will definitely trick-or-treat.  Mommy and Daddy can share the candy ;)
Poor Addie.  She HATED her costume.  She just wasn't cooperating.  I think she was a little humiliated.  Oh well.  Lorelai thought it was funny

Carving pumpkins

Joe and I love carving pumpkins every year.  This year, we decided to have three (one for each of us).  Can you guess whose is whose?  At the end of the photos, I posted a video of Lorelai playing with the inside guts of the pumpkins.  She didn't really know what to do with it... so funny!

Her first motorcycle...

Another toy that I recently bought for her was this "sit-and-scoot" motorcycle.  She hasn't really gotten the hang of how to push herself to make it go, but she loves for me to push her and she loves the music and noises it makes.  She likes to sit on the bike and bop her head to the music... very cute!

"Daddy can't have one, but I can!"

Donut rings

Lorelai needs some new toys.  She has been getting bored with the few that she has.  However, with her birthday and Christmas right around the corner, I haven't been wanting to buy her much because I'm sure she will get a ton of stuff before the new year.  Just recently, I did get her these donut rings.  It's a classic baby toy that I remember I had when I was younger and she loves them.  She loves anything that is new to explore.  For some reason, she gets really entertained when I balance the rings on her head!

Cruisin' for a bruisin'

It's clear that Lorelai will be walking before we know it!  Although, I don't think she wants to walk... I think she's ready to run!!  Here's a video of her using her walker.

10 Months Old!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again... Each month these pictures are getting more and more difficult to take!  This month was no different!  It seems that everytime I need to take these pictures, she's in no mood to sit still, or smile.  She's getting older and learning how to express that she wants what she wants, when she wants it!  Anyways... enjoy her growing pictures!  And happy 10 months old!

Lorelai did NOT want to sit on the couch.  She wanted to climb and play.  I was able to take this picture when she was momentarily distracted by Sesame Street on the TV.

Believe it or not, Addie is easier to take pictures of than Lorelai!  I just need a cookie and I tell her to stay.  Lorelai does not perform this trick...

Pumpkin Patch!

It's that time of year!  We went to a local pumpkin patch to celebrate fall.  Warning*** major photo bomb below.  A good day for picture-taking!

Arriving at the pumpkin patch and ready to go!

Surprisingly, Lorelai loved the giant bales of hay.  I thought they'd be too scratchy for her but she liked to pick at the straw.

Mommy and Lorelai

They had a giant bouncy mat and Daddy had to take Lorelai on.  They bounced and bounced and Lorelai just giggled.  She thought it was so funny!  I can't wait til she can bounce on her own!

That was fun, Daddy.  What's next?

Cow train.  Daddy is such a good sport!!!

Lorelai was very interested in the cow

Hey!  Who's that big kid up front?

She loved the bumpy ride!

Down to business... picking out the right pumpkin!

Which one to choose?

This is one of my favorite pictures.  She looks so happy!

Again, Lorelai likes to play iwth the straw.  "Look what I found, Mommy!"

"Think...think...think... is this the right pumpkin for me?  Choosing is so hard."

"Yes!  I have my pumpkin and ready for home!"
