Vacation tomorrow!

We just wanted to say a quick good-bye before we left tomorrow on vacation.  We are taking our little Lorelai on her first airplane ride to Greece!!  I started packing and I am soon realizing just how much stuff a baby needs in one little week. 

Just a quick update: Lorelai had her 4 month well-baby appointment on Wednesday.  She's happy and healthy and the pediatrician thinks she will be rolling over any day now.  We will soon see.  She is 13.5lbs (my little peanut) and 24 inches long.  She had to have some vaccines which didn't make her too happy.  Yesterday she had a fever of 101.5 but with lots of love and a little infant's Tylenol, she is back to her old self.  This picture below was taken yesterday during her fever.  Even though she didn't feel well, she is still a happy baby.  We will be back in a little over a week and I'm sure I will have tons of pictures to share.

Lorelai can fly!!!

Lorelai's new thing is she loves to be thrown in the air by her Daddy.  Makes her laugh and smile every time!  She loves flying through the air. 

4 Months Old!!!

Little Lorelai is 4 months old today!  She is growing so fast and getting more and more personality each day!  Love our little girl

Naptime: take two...

This is our second try for a nap.  Lorelai normally falls asleep so easily.  Everytime I took her out of the crib she was showing signs that she was sleepy.  However, I'd put her back in the crib and she was wide awake!  No afternoon nap today.

Learning to Jump

Here's Lorelai in her Jumparoo.  She is just learning to jump and is becoming more and more interactive every day.  We had to put one of Joe's medical books underneath her feet because she JUST wasn't tall enough to reach.  It's nice to see Joe's texts being put to good use!!  Hahaha.  She really enjoys her jumparoo.

Lazy Day

We are just having a lazy Saturday afternoon.  Watching movies and hanging out.  Lorelai has had a day filled with playing in the Jumparoo.  She's tuckered out.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to everyone!  I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday.  Even though it was a chilly day here in Germany, I made sure the house was nice and toasty warm so Lorelai could wear her Easter dress.  And yes, I put bunny ears on my child.  I don't care...it's cute.  Lol.  She's a very good baby.  Starting to teeth so the drool is certainly coming.  We had our friends Effie and Kyle (and their baby Madelaine) over for dinner.  I made my very first prime rib roast!!  And it came out pretty good!!  Good food, and good friends.  I wish I could have been with family but it was the next best thing.  Love to you all!!

Happy Birthday to Daddy!

It is Daddy's birthday today.  Thirty two years old.  We spent a quiet Friday evening together.  We went out to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants.  Lorelai was a perfect angel.  She slept until we finished our dinner and then woke up to coo at the waitresses.  It is very uncommon to see babies in German restaurants so it's always nice when she behaves well.  Here are some pictures of the birthday boy and his little girl...
